Each month our facility holds a variety of personal, group, and business training courses. If you contact us with your needs, we can easily customize a program to fit your needs. Some of our regular training offerings are outlined below.

Concealed Handgun License
On the fourth Saturday of each month, we offer the Concealed Handgun License Course. This course enables you to qualify for your Concealed License Permit, if otherwise qualified.
National Rifle Association (NRA) Courses
We offer a full range of training through the NRA in all shooting disciplines. Additionally, as an NRA Training Counselor, Joe can certify instructors in several disciplines.
State Security Certification
Jacob’s Plain Gun Club, Inc. is licensed by the Texas Commission on Private Security to qualify security guards and bodyguards for state certification. We also offer a 22-hour Advanced Bodyguard Course for individuals already licensed. The academy is committed to the Security Officer of Texas and will help further their career through continuing education courses, including licensed managers, bodyguards, and private investigators. Other training offered includes Non-Lethal Self Defense, ASP Baton, and OC Pepper Spray courses.
